Train collision with semitruck closes several roads in Chelsea

Roads have reopened after being closed for hours after a train accident near Chelsea City Hall Thursday.The crash happened at 12:21 p.m. and the train remained disabled at the scene, causing the roads to be closed. There is a railroad crossing sign but there are no arms or lights.
