The 2024 Paris Olympics are finally underway. After a star-studded Opening Ceremony, the games continue Saturday, headlined by Katie Ledecky and the Women’s Swimming team beginning competition on Saturday at 5 a.m. ET on USA Network. Ledecky will continue her quest for a record-breaking eighth Olympic gold medal, which would tie swimmer Jenny Thompson for the most gold medals by an American woman at the Summer Olympics. Meanwhile, the women’s team hopes to bring home their 100th all-time gold medal.

Olympic action began July 24, with soccer and rugby taking the field. Marko Mitrovic and the Men’s Soccer team lost 3-0 to France in their opening match Wednesday, while the historic Women’s Soccer team started off strong with a 3-0 win over Zambia Thursday. The U.S. Men’s Rugby team was eliminated from medal contention Thursday after falling to Australia in the quarterfinals, 18-0. They will play for fifth place in the consolation bracket against Ireland on Sunday at 9 a.m. ET on Peacock.
